His research interests include global IT management, healthcare IT, virtual teams, open source software, electronic commerce, media choice theory, and trust in exchange relationships. He has published in journals such as MIS Quarterly, Decision Sciences, Communications of the ACM, Communications of the AIS, Information & Management, Decision Support Systems, and ACM Transactions on Database Systems.

Licker (Ph D, University of Pennsylvania, 1977) has been a social scientist, information systems professional, software entrepreneur, communication consultant and university lecturer in Thailand, Britain, the USA, Canada, and South Africa. He has authored over eighty published research papers, three textbooks , two monographs, and numerous refereed and invited conference papers. Research interests include IT-user relations, user responsibility in IT and strategic deployment of IT. He is Professor of MIS at Oakland University.

She published five books: “Virtual Politicking” (1999), “Electronic Commerce: A Global Perspective” (1998), “Doing Business on the Internet” (1999), “Self Service on the Internet” (2008) and “Social Networking Communities and eDating Services” (2008) and over a hundred and fifty journal articles, book chapters, and conference papers.

His areas of research and consulting include business innovation, disruptive technologies, technology–based business models, social entrepreneurship and emerging market economies. He received his Ph.D. from the University of Wisconsin. Professor Shore is the author of four books. He currently serves as vice president of the Global Information Technology Management Association and is associate editor of the Journal of Global Information Technology Management.

Additionally, she has taught at the Université d'Angers and Addis Ababa University in Ethiopia.
		2011-2013	Mahesh Raisinghani mike_rai@yahoo.com	Dr. Mahesh S. Raisinghani, is an associate professor at TWU's School of Management. He earned his Ph.D. from the University of Texas at Arlington and is a Project Management Professional (PMP), A Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) and a Certified E-Commerce Consultant (CEC). Dr. Raisinghani received TWU's Distinction in Scholarship Award in April 2008, the Dr. G. Ann Uhlir Endowed Leadership Fellowship Award in 2007 and was voted in 2005 by his graduate students as the professor with the most innovative teaching menthods. He was also the recipient of the 1999 UD Presidential Award, 2001 King/Haggar Award for excellence in teaching, research and service; 2002 research award and a finalist at the 2002 Asian Chamber of Commerce awards.Dr. Raisinghani is included in the millennium edition of Who's Who in the World, Who's Who Among America's Teachers and Who's Who in Information Technology.
